    HiFoamAid®: Foaming aid for frappe making

    HiFoamAid® range of product is a combination of various egg-free Emulsifying Agents that imparts excellent smoothness and decreased density to frappe, which in turn improves nougat and marshmallow quality.

    Benefits of HiFoamAid®

    HiFoamAid® offers a number of benefits to frappe and nougat manufacturers, including:

    Improved frappe smoothness, softness, and appearance: HiFoamAid® helps to make frappe smoother, softer, and more appealing. This is because HiFoamAid® helps to break down the fat globules in the frappe, making it more uniform in texture.

    Reduced density of frappe: HiFoamAid® helps to reduce the density of frappe, making it lighter and more airy. This is because HiFoamAid® helps to trap air bubbles in the frappe, making it more voluminous.

    Maintains frappe structure and height for 60 minutes: HiFoamAid® helps to maintain the structure and height of frappe for up to 60 minutes. This is because HiFoamAid® helps to stabilize the foam in the frappe, preventing it from collapsing.
